SEMPORA has also brought together experience of M&A transactions in the UK and Germany to provide a complete strategic investment support service across both countries.

Since its foundation in 2002, SEMPORA Consulting has achieved above-average growth and has successfully completed more than 400 projects in the areas of strategy, marketing, sales and transaction support.

The company’s German head office is in Bad Homburg near Frankfurt am Main.

A UK sister company was established in London in 2007 to cater for the growing UK client base.

SEMPORA consults in various markets and market segments across Europe - current key areas of engagement are Health Care, Consumer Goods & Retail as well as Travel & Tourism and Manufacturing.

Our client base consists of mid-size as well as blue chip companies. We are often engaged by our clients over a long time period and on numerous project engagements.
