SEMPORA Consulting GmbH Siemensstraße 27, D-61352 Bad Homburg, protects your personal data and takes appropriate measures for their security.  Your personal data is collected, processed and used in strict compliance with the applicable data protection regulations, in particular the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (TMG).

Collection and storage of data for internal system and statistical purposes

For technical reasons, your Internet browser automatically transmits the following data to our web server each time you access our website: 

  • The current IP address of the Internet connection you are using
  • If you visit our website via a link, the page from which you are visiting us
  • The websites that you visit within our offer
  • Date and time of your visit

Newsletter

If you would like to receive e-mails from us containing current information on our current studies, we require confirmation that you are the owner of the e-mail address provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter in addition to your e-mail address. This data is only collected for the purpose of sending you the newsletter and to document our entitlement to do so. To personalise the newsletter, you can also enter your first and last name and the company name. You may revoke your subscription to the newsletter and your consent to the storage of your e-mail address for this purpose, which you have obtained separately within the scope of registration, at any time with effect for the future.

If you would like to subscribe to the newsletter offered on the website, we require an e-mail address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you agree with the owner of the e-mail address provided and with the receipt of the newsletter.

We use the so-called double opt-in procedure to ensure that newsletters are sent out in agreement. In the course of this, the potential recipient can be included in a distribution list. Subsequently, the user receives the opportunity to confirm the registration in a legally secure manner by means of a confirmation e-mail. The address is only actively included in the distribution list if it is confirmed. We use these data exclusively for the dispatch of the requested information and offers. OTHER DATA PROCESSING

As far as personal data (e.g. name, function, address or e-mail address) is collected on our pages, this is, as far as possible, always on a voluntary basis. If you use the forms provided on our website to request information material, place an order or use our event offer, we will store and use the data provided therein (name, postal or e-mail address, etc.) for the performance of the service requested by you and for further correspondence with you. Further data will only be collected and processed if a contractual relationship between you and Sempora Consulting Ltd. is to be established, developed or changed. We use the data collected for this purpose exclusively to the extent necessary for the performance of the contractual relationship.
